The 2019-2020 academic year launched with the overarching theme of Imagine. This theme promotes the notion of daring to dream big and setting high-achieving goals. As demonstrated through the extensive array of awards and achievements, notable undertakings can be accomplished via hard work, commitment and following through on a vision.
is home to the largest Career and Technical Education (CTE) high school district in New Jersey that offers an immersive learning experience through four academies, nine schools, and most recently the STEM Academy, the first dedicated STEM Career and Technical High School in Passaic County. Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) programs prepare students for careers in Finance, Culinary Arts, Health Sciences, Automotive Technology, Applied Engineering Technology, Criminal Justice, and much more. Additionally, the STEM Academy prepares students in Biomedical and Life Science, Computer Science, or Engineering. Utilizing an integrative learning model throughout the programs, the STEM Academy ensures all courses and projects in the fields are interrelated.
