Preseason Information
- Tryouts will be held Monday, March 7th through March 9th: 4:30-6:30pm
- All required medical forms/paperwork can be found on our website
- If you do have an up to date physical you will not be allowed to tryout
- Make sure all of the required medical paperwork is handed in to the Nurse's office by March 1st
- If you participated in a fall or winter sport you must still hand in the medical update form to the nurse

Player Interest Form
- Any player in middle school or high school interested in playing lacrosse should fill out the following form.

2024 On-Campus Summer Workouts
- The Football, Baseball fields, and Athletic Center will be utilized for summer workouts. Please fill out the player interest form and reach out to Coach Kurzum if you have any questions.
- You MUST have a completed Physical or updated physical handed into the nurse before you can practice.
- Time: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
- Dates: June 25, June 27, July 2, July 9, July 11, July 16, July 18
2024-2025 Athletic Physicals
- All incoming 9th graders MUST complete the 2023-2024 PCTVS physical packet and return TO THE NURSE.
- All PCTVS students that are participating in lacrosse workouts over the summer and DID NOT have a physical during the 2023-2024 school year must complete a 2023-2024 PCTVS Physical Packet and return TO THE NURSE before you can participate.

Preseason Information
- Interest meeting is in October. Contact Coach Kurzum if interested in playing lacrosse.
- Winter Clinics begin in December.
- Tryouts will begin Thursday March 16th after school. You should bring cleats and sneakers to tryouts.

- If you do not have a completed physical and all required paperwork completed by March 9th, you will not be permitted to tryout this season.
