On Tuesday, November 20th, Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) held a formal ceremony to honor Ashley Martinez, a senior electing to continue her academic and athletic career at the NCAA Division I level. The process, formerly known as the NLI (National Letter of Intent) Signing Day, presents an opportunity for high school athletes to formally commit to the college/university of their choosing. Coach Cioletti and the Bulldog family proudly celebrated the signing of Ashley Martinez to the University of Maine for track and field.
Ashley is a stand-out three sport varsity letter winner for PCTI’s Volleyball, Winter Track, and Spring Track teams. She excels in jump events and will surely push to achieve the school record in track and field in the 2018-2019 school year.
PCTI wishes Ashley all the best as she continues her athletic adventures after graduation and goes on to represent the Bears of the University of Maine!
