PCTI is inducted into the NFL’s Super Bowl High School Honor Roll and is given two Golden Footballs in honor of alumni playoff players Mike Adams and Gerald Hayes.
PCTI is delighted to announce our recent induction into the National Football League’s Super Bowl High School Honor Roll. The new initiative marks the NFL’s 50th Super Bowl season and celebrates players and coaches of the past 49 Super Bowls with Golden Footballs. The commemorative footballs have been delivered to the hometown high schools of coaches and players that were on past active Super Bowl rosters.
PCTI has not received one, but two Golden Footballs in honor of alumni Gerald Hayes and Mike Adams, making them among the elite 2,000 institutions across the country to receive this honor! Nearly 3,000 players and head coaches will be recognized for their participation in the past 49 Super Bowls. In addition, as an inductee of the Super Bowl High School Honor Roll, we will receive an NFL Character Education Curriculum and are eligible for foundation grants of up to $5,000 to support our football program.
The Super Bowl High School Honor Roll initiative was developed by the NFL to recognize schools and communities that contributed to Super Bowl history, positively impacting one of America’s greatest pastimes.
