Carly Spinnler and Kevin Copper

The Athletes of the Month for February are Carly Spinnler (Girls Winter Track) and Kevin Copper (Boys Winter Track)!

Carly Spinnler is a first season winter track sophomore who:
During the month of February, ranked #1 in Passaic County in the 800 meter race with an amazing mark of 2:23.0. At the time of that mark, her 800 meter time was the 7th best in North Jersey. Carly also has 3 major wins this season in the 800 meter race at the Big North-Liberty Division Championships, the Passaic County Championships, and the State Sectional Championships. Carly took home three gold medals at the BNC-Liberty Championship meet and a gold and silver at the Passaic County Coaches meet.

Kevin Copper is a four-year varsity letter winner and a senior captain who:
Finished the season ranked as the best high jumper in Passaic County with a leap of 6’ 6”, Long Jump (21’ 9.5”) and Triple Jump (43’ 8.25”). His High Jump mark was #1 in North Jersey and #3 in the entire state of New Jersey. Kevin also has six major wins this season in the HJ, LJ and TJ at the Big North-Liberty Division Championships, the Passaic County Championships, and the State Sectional Championships. He took home three gold and one bronze medal at the BNC-Liberty meet and two gold and one silver medal at the PCC meet.
