Coaching Information

The golf team at Tech is available for students of all skill levels and abilities. It is a varsity sport that competes in the Big North Conference, separate for both boys and girls. If you have any questions, you can contact Coach Lawshe at blawshe@pcti.tec.nj.us or Coach Bargiel at jbargiel@pcti.tec.nj.us. To participate, you must complete a physical and submit your paperwork to the nurse before the start of practice on March 10th.

A couple of notes about the golf team...

  • We play a full varsity schedule and can play great golf courses like Preakness Valley Golf Course in Wayne and Bergen and Passaic County Golf Courses for matches.

  • Experience is helpful but optional.

  • Equipment is provided to all athletes who make the team and do not have clubs.

  • We have a boys and girls varsity coach and an assistant coach who helps with both teams.

Practice and tryouts will start on March 7th, 2025. You will need a physical and must submit paperwork to the nurse before tryouts start. Nurse Physical dates will be updated when they become available.
