Passaic County Technical-Vocational Schools provides an online application process for students interested in applying for the 2025-2026 school year. The process is computer-friendly and the link to the instructions and application is easily accessible on this webpage. All students seeking admissions to PCTVS must apply through the online application process.
All applicants must be Passaic County residents and entering the 9th or 10th grade at the time of application. Criteria for admission is based on the evaluation of school transcripts from the previous two school years. Areas of evaluation are final academic averages, attendance, discipline, and standardized test scores.
For the following programs, students selected for consideration will be required to audition prior to acceptance. Applicants are encouraged to view the audition criteria:
Auditions will be held in January and February. Applicants selected for an audition or an interview will be contacted for an appointment.
