Office of Student Success

Welcome to the PCTVS Office of Student Success, where we are dedicated to nurturing a thriving school community built on respect, responsibility, and growth. Our commitment lies in supporting every student to achieve their highest potential.

Overview of the Office of Student Success

At PCTVS, the Office of Student Success serves as a pivotal hub, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and conducive environment for learning and personal development. We work collaboratively with students, parents, and educators to uphold a culture of respect, responsibility, and restoration.

The 5 Rs of Restorative Practices

  • Respect: In our community, respect is the foundation. We value and honor each individual, fostering an environment where all voices are heard and valued.
  • Responsibility: Taking ownership of our actions is essential. We encourage accountability and growth through responsible decision-making.
  • Repair: When harm occurs, we focus on repairing relationships, understanding that healing is an integral part of the process.
  • Relationship: Strong relationships are the fabric of our community. We prioritize building and maintaining positive connections among all stakeholders.
  • Reintegration: We believe in the power of second chances. Reintegrating individuals into our community after conflict is a vital step toward growth and learning.

We encourage all students and parents to familiarize themselves with the contents of this policy and the PCTVS student-parent handbook. Doing so promotes a clear understanding of the expectations and guidelines that contribute to a positive and inclusive educational experience.

PCTVS Uniform Policy and Dress Code

Purpose: Our uniform policy and dress code aim to promote unity, focus on learning, and prepare students for success in a professional environment. Read the full uniform policy in the student handbook.
