The PCTVS Video Production Club’s mission is to use the skills of Video and Audio to become an active member of society by creating and engaging in content creation as a journalist, filmmaker or production crew member in a positive and professional manner.
Activities
Members of the Video Production Club will participate in a variety of content created activities including filming and editing school events, where possible, livestreaming school sports or club activities, creating commercials & PSA’s, and participating in a number of fun contests through the Student Television Network (STN)! Students who actively participate can become members of the STN Network and may engage in multiple calendar events throughout the year. The Video Club hopes to attend field trips to locations focused around video/film/audio/studio locations in order to strengthen their understanding of journalism, news and film.
The Video Production Club will provide students with opportunities to engage with the community in order to gain leadership skills in Video Production while learning how to also be good team “crew” members.
