PCTI Welcomes Educational Leader Antonio Garcia as New Principal!

Passaic County Technical Institute (PCTI) is pleased to announce that Mr. Antonio Garcia has been selected as the new Principal of the award-winning high school! Prior to joining the PCTI community, he was an administrator in the Passaic and Teaneck Public School Districts where he successfully spearheaded various leadership roles in instructional and professional development initiatives. He was actively involved with the schools’ athletics programs and coached wrestling for over fifteen years.

Throughout his impressive educational career, Mr. Garcia has attained a proven track record of advancing curricula and facilitating optimal student achievement. His educational philosophy is rooted in keeping cutting-edge education at the forefront of instruction, prioritizing professional development and establishing a supportive and equitable school environment in which students can thrive academically and socially.

Mr. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University, a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Kean University and is currently pursuing post-graduate work from Harvard University. As the largest career and technical education (CTE) high school in New Jersey, PCTI is thrilled to welcome Mr. Garcia as he effectively guides the school community into the next decade of educational excellence!
