PCTI Raises Big Check Funds For Cancer

Members of Passaic County Technical Institute’s (PCTI) Student Council/Interact joined together to benefit cancer research when they raised money for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. The school rallied funds by holding a blue jeans / tag day. These outstanding Bulldogs collected a total of $1,760 to be donated to help fund research, community health, global outreach, and public policy initiatives for the charitable organization!

PCTI Advisors Penny Roman (Wayne) and Rachel Sillman (Rockaway), join Assistant Principal Jeannie Holman (Hamburg), Principal Dr. Michael Parent, Supervisor of Student Activities Jerry Castaneda (Dumont), students Kayla Nicholson (Passaic), Minhaj Hussain (Prospect Park), Jaidah Morales (Clifton), Kathleen Chen (Haledon) and a representative from the Susan G. Komen Foundation, for the “big check” donation.
