  • Starting on Thursday, September 14th, The School Counseling Department will be hosting College Application Workshops to help seniors with their college applications. These workshops will run on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm in F120. We encourage all PCTVS seniors who need assistance with the college application process to attend! Transportation home will be provided.

  • PCTI SkillsUSA is pleased to present a children’s book drive with Book Smile! From March 4th to March 25th, we will collect gently used or new children’s books. Donation boxes will be located at the main entrance and labeled. For more information, please reach out to a SkillsUSA officer or advisor.
  • PCTI's World Language Honor Society is partnering up with The Pulsera Project to sell hand-woven bracelets. The mission is to empower Central American Artists with housing programs, healthcare funds, university scholarships and much more. Each bracelet will be sold for . Please see Ms. Chavez, Ms. Gibaldi or a member to purchase yours!
  • Golf tryouts will begin for the girls on March 14th, in the upstairs of the AC and for the boys on March 15th in the upstairs of the AC. You should report immediately after school so we can get started quickly. All physical paperwork must be turned in prior to tryouts or you cannot attend. Bussing will be available to go home after tryouts at 5:00. Any questions, contact Coach Brian Lawshe or Coach Bargiel.

  • Congratulations to the PCTVS Jazz Band! The band performed at the NJAJE Jazz Festival at Wayne Valley HS on Wednesday night and received a “Gold” rating at the competition. The Jazz Band also received the “Best Rhythm Section Award” and the “Best Sight-Reading Award” at the festival. Congratulations to Junior Javier Ramon-Brito and Senior Manny Cruz for receiving an “Honorable Mention Soloist” Award. Kudos to the PCTVS Jazz Band for their outstanding achievements!
  • Attention anyone interested in playing boys lacrosse this spring. Tryouts will begin 3:15 after school March 14th on the football field. Check with the nurse to see if you are medically cleared. No one is allowed to tryout without an up to date physical. Contact Coach Kurzum () for access to the google classroom if you are interested in trying out.

Rosalind Franklin's works revealed groundbreaking scientific discoveries , unraveling the secrets of DNA's structure through her groundbreaking X-ray diffraction images, shaping the foundation of molecular biology.

  • The Video Production Club & ASL Club are raising funds for the USHER 1F Collaborative in an event called "Pledge to Paint: Creating a Brighter Future." where Club Members will paint with blinders on, simulating what it's like have their vision impaired. Usher Syndrome is the leading cause of inherited deaf-blindness, and type 1 is the most severe. Children with Usher 1F are born profoundly deaf and progressively lose their sight. Usher 1F Collaborative is seeking a cure for the vision loss associated with this disease. Senior Brianna Pares's documentary about Usher 1F was just selected for screening at this year's Garden State Film Festival -so please watch her amazing video to learn more & donate to support a "club painter" by clicking the link in your announcement here.

Pre-Registration was required, so if you are already registered, please bring an old shirt to change so you wont ruin your polos. Please line up outside of the CAF so our officers can take REGISTRATION upon entering. We have raised nearly [523],500 dollars and we would like to thank all of our amazing donors who have contributed to this very important cause!   • The NJROTC Physical fitness team competed in the all services Youth Physical Fitness Meet at Admiral Halsey Health & Public Safety Academy, in Elizabeth NJ on Saturday. Cadet Milcah Rodriquez won an Individual bronze team medal in the female division, and also a push up award, Cadet Leksa Cardona lead all female cadets in the Push up competition with 100 in 2 minutes, The boys team lead by Joshua DaSilva had a strong performance. All 12 cadets that participated qualified for the Marine Corps JROTC fitness award.

  • Congratulations to Academy of Finance Students, Captain Sara Nunez, Judy Jiang, Isha Rana, Redwana Uddin, Melanie Leon Diaz, and Zahara Faulkner, who were crowned the 2024 Passaic County Consumer Bowl Champions on Tuesday, February 27. This marks the Academy of Finance’s 16th Consecutive Passaic County win! The students competed against Passaic Valley and took the win. A special thank you to Mrs. Pelosi, and Mr. Galland for guiding the students on this impressive win!

  • Starting on Thursday, September 14th, The School Counseling Department will be hosting College Application Workshops to help seniors with their college applications. These workshops will run on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm in F120. We encourage all PCTVS seniors who need assistance with the college application process to attend!   • The Video Production Club & ASL Club are raising funds for the USHER 1F Collaborative in an event called "Pledge to Paint: Creating a Brighter Future." where Club Members will paint with blinders on, simulating what it's like have their vision impaired. Usher Syndrome is the leading cause of inherited deaf-blindness, and type 1 is the most severe. Children with Usher 1F are born profoundly deaf and progressively lose their sight. Usher 1F Collaborative is seeking a cure for the vision loss associated with this disease. Senior Brianna Pares's documentary about Usher 1F was just selected for screening at this year's Garden State Film Festival -so please watch her amazing video to learn more & donate to support a "club painter" by clicking the link in your announcement here.

    Highlights: The varsity girls basketball team defeated Livingston in the state sectional quarterfinals, 37-27. Michaela O'Keefe led the scoring with 9 points, Janessa Rodriguez chipped in 8 points, Leilani Pena netted 7 points, Nickie Djecki contributed 7 points, and Sam Laracuente added 6 points. Great defense was added by Sasha Pollock, Katie Gronda, Amare Brinson, and Kaitlyn Amanullah. The Lady Bulldogs will play on Wednesday in the state sectional semifinals at Union City HS. Great job, ladies and go Bulldogs!
