Ryan McCook

Ryan McCook

Ryan McCook is a first-year varsity starter who during the winter season, as a sophomore on the Downhill Ski team, has led the Bulldogs Ski Racing team to a great “start” out of the blocks (pun-intended). For the inaugural ski racing season, both boys and girls had competitive varsity programs. As the Bulldogs “top skier”, Ryan McCook, finished all slalom and giant slalom races during the regular season helping him reach First Team All-League and First Team All-County honors and etching his place in the Bulldog history books. Ryan also qualified for the Race of Champions, which is a race of the top individual boys and girls throughout the state of New Jersey! On February 24, 2022 Ryan finished 22nd overall in the state in the slalom race. Ryan, only a sophomore with great tremendous ski racing ability, has two more years to potentially receive all state recognition. This is an amazing start to the Bulldogs’ Downhill Ski team!

The Girls Fencing Epee Team:

Throughout the year, the PCTVS Girls Epee squad has stepped into the spotlight and has shined brightly for this fledgling program. Led by all-star Junior, Venus John, the Epee squad worked hard all year and accomplished some incredible marks. Whenever one person might have tripped, this squad has stepped up big to get the clutch wins. The Girls Epee Squad made school history when they became the District 2 Gold Medal Winners. After competing against 70 other schools in the squad tournament championships, the PCTVS Girls Fencing Epee team placed Number #7 in the entire state of NJ!
