Ethical use is paramount; misrepresenting AI generated content is akin to plagiarism. Employees are responsible for critically assessing and validating AI produced content, ensuring its educational and professional value. By using these tools, employees acknowledge their understanding and agreement to use it responsibly, maintaining the highest professional standards.
